Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Readiness Architect to drive the Industries Cloud customer experience. You will maintain deep product knowledge, work with T&P and CSG, and act as an early adopter for new product introductions and migrations.

Your role spans building relationships, surfacing product feedback, and delivering readiness content to customers and teams. The position emphasizes collaboration across Success Architects, Guides, Support Engineers, and Account Success stakeholders to scale

Qualifications

• 9+ years experience in Customer Success or Product Management in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce products and core capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with SME teams to drive initiatives.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into technical/functional requirements.
• Experience creating enablement materials and providing training.
• Enablement or Salesforce product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep technical, functional, and domain knowledge of the Industries Cloud portfolio and roadmap.
• Act as an early adopter for new product introductions, migrations, or retirements.
• Continuous learning through product experimentation and pilots.
• Establish and own relationships with Product Management Leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with T&P and CSG to develop product feedback and roadmaps.
• Document product enhancements and deliver requirements to leadership.
• Deliver readiness content to Cloud Success teams and stakeholders.
• Support adoption strategies to improve product adoption scores and customer health.
• Share best practices with Readiness across Cloud Success to improve operating models.
