Qualifications

9+ years in Customer Success or Product Management in SaaS.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce products and capabilities.
Experience collaborating with SME teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Maintain deep technical and domain knowledge of Industries Cloud portfolio and roadmap.
Develop expertise for new product introductions, migrations, or retirements.
Collaborate with Product Management Leaders and T&P to shape roadmaps.
Document product feedback and translate customer use cases into requirements.
Deliver readiness guidance to Cloud Success teams and stakeholders.
Support adoption strategies and customer health initiatives.
