Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an experienced Tree Care Services Sales Professional to prospect, quote, and close regional accounts. You will partner with Account Managers and the Branch Manager to design tree care programs and estimates for existing clients while expanding into new markets.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B selling experience in a service industry, certifications (TCIA or Certified Arborist), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Appropriate Tree Care Industry certifications (TCIA or Certified Arborist).
• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels (3–5 years).
• Experience in service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a large territory.
• Proficient with computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool is beneficial.
• Proven track record of sales goal attainment in longer selling cycles.
• Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven salesperson.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and self-directed
• Local knowledge and contacts in market segments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with Account Managers and Branch Manager.
• Prospect heavily by phone, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Network to grow tree care service accounts in targeted markets.
• Meet sales goals and work independently.
• Log activity in Salesforce consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive larger sales opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Plan daily activities and close business with urgency.
