U.S. Bank in Indiana seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches and provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small‑business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business‑level proficiency of Spanish and English required for the role supporting the Outer Loop Kroger and Audubon Park offices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and serves as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Builds and deepens client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow‑through.
• Translates financial information, cash‑flow dynamics, client goals, operating cycle considerations, and risk indicators into practical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Prospects and grows revenue with outside activities, aligns products and services to growth, efficiency, and risk objectives, and articulates value and next steps.
