Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East in Clinton Twp, MI. This relationship-focused role blends consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach to guide families through funeral and cemetery purchases, with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate and a paid training period.

You will manage leads in HubSpot, build relationships, and collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure a compassionate purchasing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle; mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-ins; follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and opportunities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate.
