Job summary

Everstory Partners in Mt. Morris, MI seeks a Sales Counselor who helps families choose funeral and cemetery services with care. You will build a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach, and manage activities in HubSpot CRM.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training during the first six weeks. First-year earnings target is $50,000 to $60,000, with compensation guided by performance.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or related relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or similar.
• Comfortable with commission-based, performance-driven sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through inbound/outbound leads and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-up with prospects.
