Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or related relationship-based roles preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products/services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorial products.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline via inbound/outbound leads and community outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage leads and customer activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Attend community events and support families during services.
