Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Construction Account Manager in the United States to identify leads and proactively prospect and sell temporary waste removal to construction clients. You will build long-term relationships, drive revenue, and meet monthly growth targets within your market.

The role requires 2–4 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and may prefer experience in waste or transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred: Waste or transportation industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and proactively prospect and sell temporary waste removal.
• Build and grow long-term relationships to drive revenue and meet monthly targets.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and follow up with key decision makers.
• Utilize Salesforce daily; document calls, meetings and proposals.
• Generate leads for permanent sales opportunities for the appropriate team member.
• Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to review progress and key relationships.
