Job summary

Guarantee Electrical is seeking a detail-oriented Project Timekeeping & Incentive Coordinator to support a major regional project. You'll ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll support, and administration of workforce incentive programs, working with project leadership, accounting, and field teams.

Based at the project site office, you'll help ensure employees are paid correctly and incentive programs operate compliantly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, or workforce administration.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with union payroll rules a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review field timekeeping records for accuracy.
• Track eligibility for per diem programs with documentation.
• Administer commuter allowances by monitoring thresholds.
• Validate travel time, mileage, and earnings codes.
• Maintain premium pay records for superintendents.
• Monitor LARP eligibility and communicate status to payroll and leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers, payroll, finance, and field supervision to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits, reporting, and additional project administrative needs.
