Instrata is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with field leadership to plan work, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on track, using LEAN principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• Experience in industrial, transportation, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical construction projects from pre-con through closeout.
• Develop and execute project plans; manage schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement, workforce planning and field communication.
• Track progress, manage risks, and report updates to clients.
