Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Software Sales Account Manager for Autodesk Solutions in the AEC industry to help Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners transform how they design and build with industry-leading software solutions.

You will own the sales process from prospecting to close, deliver productivity gains, and drive real cost savings. This role requires a competitive, self-motivated mindset, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• 1-5 years of sales experience in AEC strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, results-driven.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk products and AEC industry.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads and win new business; expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach.
• Build and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
