Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group seeks a dynamic Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk construction software adoption among Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering productivity gains and cost savings to AEC customers.

This high-energy role rewards curiosity, ambition, and a proven sales track record, with opportunities to grow within a respected Autodesk Platinum Partner and Construction Elite Partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry preferred).
• Willingness to learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
