Topcon Positioning Group seeks a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive full-cycle software sales for AEC customers. You will own the process from prospecting to close, delivering value with Autodesk construction solutions and cultivating long-term relationships.

Ideal for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with 1–5 years in the AEC space, ready to learn Topcon/Autodesk offerings and grow a high-energy, global sales network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in AEC preferred.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop market opportunities and strategic sales plans for growth.
• Clearly articulate the value of Autodesk construction solutions to customers.
• Attend trade shows and customer events to cultivate relationships.
• Address customer challenges with creativity and initiative.
