Job summary

3M is seeking a Sales Specialist for Building & Construction Products in Nashville with remote work options. You will drive sales growth across GA, TN, and AL territories, collaborating with local channels and the Key Accounts Team to expand end-user adoption of ISD Building Protection products.

A driver’s license and a proven track record in account management are required. You will develop customer relationships, provide market insights to leadership, and manage the sales pipeline through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and three years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Or high school diploma with ten years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the designated sales quota in the defined sales territory.
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs; develop end-user customers and application processes to drive growth of the ISD Building Protection portfolios (Fire Barrier, Air Barrier and Moisture Barrier).
• Provide key market and customer insights to ISD Building Protection portfolios managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership.
• Collaborate with 3M’s Key Accounts Team to drive growth, through key end user customers.
• Effectively and consistently managing the opportunity pipeline, while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the territory.
