Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group, an Autodesk Platinum Partner, seeks a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to guide the sales process from prospecting to close for Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. You will demonstrate Autodesk construction solutions, develop strategic plans, and grow your pipeline in a dynamic, global environment.

The role emphasizes relationship building, territory ownership, and a high-energy, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
