Topcon Positioning Group in the United States is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, serving Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners with Autodesk‑backed construction solutions.

You will generate leads, manage a robust pipeline, present value of Topcon products, travel as needed, and collaborate with a dynamic team to grow market share in a fast‑moving tech‑driven industry.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong sales track record preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in AEC or related industries preferred.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk products and construction tech space.
• Proven ability to meet personal and team sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Solve customer challenges with creativity and initiative.
