Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a driven Construction Software Sales Account Manager to join Autodesk Solutions for the AEC industry. You will drive growth by generating qualified leads, managing a robust CRM pipeline, and presenting Autodesk construction solutions to Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners.

You’ll build strategic plans, nurture relationships, attend trade shows, and close deals in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• A proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term trusted customer relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative.
