Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a dynamic Software Sales Account Manager to drive adoption of Autodesk construction solutions within the AEC sector. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—delivering measurable productivity gains for architects, engineers, contractors and owners.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and pipeline management in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day)
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative
