Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.

• Manage parking, visitor, and delivery procedures.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot access technology.
