Sitemetric LLC in Frederick, MD is seeking an Access Control Officer for a full-time daytime role. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics on customer construction sites, ensuring safety and security across sites.

The role requires in-person work at multiple sites, with travel across the U.S. and flexible shift hours to support project schedules. Strong English communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient communication in written and spoken English.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with records.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support and troubleshoot tech.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with occasional access control tasks as needed.
