You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access, while coordinating parking, visitors, and deliveries. Qualifications

• Able to obtain required licensing.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on extra responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control responsibilities to support customers.
