Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time day shifts. This field-based role requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric job sites and may involve travel across the United States.

You'll handle worker registration and badging, parking, and visitor and delivery management, while providing frontline support to ensure safety and smooth operations for our customers’ construction sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to establish working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• English proficiency and ability to follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries at the site.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs as required.
