Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer to join our field operations in Sandusky, OH. This full-time role supports customer construction sites with worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management.

You will work closely with leadership, travel as needed, and adapt to shift-based schedules to ensure safety and smooth site operations. Candidates must obtain licensing, pass drug and background checks, and demonstrate 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identities verified.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logs.
• Ad hoc access control tasks as needed to support customers.
