SITEMETRIC LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer to ensure secure operations on customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while collaborating with leadership and field teams. The role requires in-person site presence and travel across the US.

The position emphasizes professionalism, detail orientation, and a proactive attitude to maximize site safety and service quality. Shift-based hours and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English and communicate clearly.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcount records are accurate.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking tasks.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
