Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field team in Saint Francisville, LA. You will manage on-site worker registration and badging, control access, and support parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations on customer construction sites.

The role requires in-person shifts, flexibility, and occasional travel across the United States. You will work with senior leadership to uphold security requirements and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proficient English communication (spoken and written).
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging on-site.
• Ensure badges are scanned and accurate headcounts.
• Manage parking, visitors, and deliveries.
• Provide on-site access control support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks.
• Work in-person at one or more Sitemetric job sites; travel may be required.
