Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site operations across customer construction sites in the United States. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking and delivery management, and ensuring site security and smooth workflows.

The position requires shift-based hours with potential travel; professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this critical role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site
• Badging Compliance: ensure all personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and headcount
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, logs, and parking management
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with access control needs as required
