Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site operations at customer construction sites in Manassas, VA. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor and delivery handling to ensure safety and smooth site operations.

You will work with senior leadership, travel may be required across the United States, and must maintain high professionalism under pressure. Shift-based schedule with afternoon hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring maintenance of professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts recorded.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs as required.
