You will manage worker registration and badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while collaborating with senior leadership. Travel may be required across the United States; shift-based schedule and flexible hours.

This hands-on role demands professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support safety and security on sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize in dynamic environment.
• Proficient communication in English (spoken and written).
• Adaptable and proactive to take on more responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance at the site.
• Ensure all personnel have badges and are scanned in.
• Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries and maintain logs.
• Support customer and worker access control, troubleshooting.
• Perform ad hoc access control tasks as needed.
