Sitemetric LLC seeks an Access Control Officer to manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries at customer construction sites. This full-time, field-based role requires in-person site presence and travel within the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in taking on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure proper badges and accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related tasks.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support ongoing access control needs.
