Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for field operations in the United States. This full-time, on-site role supports our customer construction sites with worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management, while providing responsive technical and field support.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and work across the organization to ensure site security, safety, and a high-quality customer experience. Travel across US sites may be required; shift-based hours vary.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient spoken and written English
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on more responsibility
• Willingness to flex hours and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control for all entrants and uphold site security requirements
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and record headcounts
• Parking Management: issue and monitor parking passes
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logs
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support special access-control needs across sites
