Job summary

Sitemetric, a field-based access control specialist, seeks an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team at multiple construction sites around Santa Teresa. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries, ensuring accurate headcounts while delivering professional customer service.

This role requires OSHA 10/30 certification, the ability to work flexible shifts, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

OSHA 10/30 certification required.
2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
Proficient English communication (spoken and written).
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access for everyone entering the site and uphold security requirements.
Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified with accurate headcount records.
Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance across areas.
Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and received deliveries with written records.
Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support including logs and troubleshooting.
Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with occasional access control tasks as needed.
