Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join the on-site team in Frederick, MD. The role includes worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management, with a focus on safety and customer experience.

You will work with senior leadership, require in-person site presence, and may travel across the United States. Flexibility in shifts and proactive ownership of tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• High-intensity customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identities.
• Badging Compliance and headcount records for customers.
• Parking management and parking pass issuance.
• Visitor & Delivery management with documentation.
• Provide support across access control activities and troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
