Sitemetric in Frederick, MD is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries across customer construction sites, ensuring safety and security and a smooth workflow.

This full-time daytime role requires in-person work at multiple sites, with shift flexibility and potential travel nationwide. Candidates should have 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience and be proficient in English;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism while dealing with ongoing pressure and complexity.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOP’s) in English.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are properly scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes to appropriate personnel and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide support in access control areas including registration, badging, logs, and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks to support customers.
