Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts to support on-site security across customer construction sites in Frederick, MD. This role focuses on registration, badging, parking, and visitor management, with a proactive approach to ensure safety and smooth operations.

The position requires in-person work at one or more local sites, with travel within the United States as needed. Strong English communication and the ability to follow SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in dynamic settings.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging, ensuring proper identity verification.
• Ensure badges are scanned and headcounts accurately recorded.
• Oversee parking pass issuance and compliance across sites.
• Document visitors and deliveries, maintaining logs for customers.
• Provide support in access control, troubleshooting, and related tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control duties as needed.
