Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize in dynamic environments
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English

Responsabilités

• Worker Registration & Badging: manage access control compliance.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logs.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
