The role requires in-person work at one or more sites, shifts with potential travel across the United States, and a proactive approach to delivering a safe, efficient, and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcount recorded.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written logs.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
