Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field-based team on customer construction sites in Abernathy, TX. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries, while delivering high-quality support and ensuring site safety and security.

The role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to multiple job sites. We expect strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for entrants.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and receipts for deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
