Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Greenville, SC to drive construction staffing solutions. You will prospect, build relationships with GC’s and subs, and close new business while expanding existing accounts.

After training, you’ll manage a territory from home, supported by a team that delivers talent and flexible scheduling. The role offers a $60,000 base salary with up to 25% bonus/commission, paid monthly, and a benefits package including health and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.

• Close new business and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Manage a growing book of business and territory; days start and end from home after training.
• Attend networking events and promote company services.
