Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades-related sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on construction sites and interact with general contractors.
• Motivated by commission and proactive in nature.

• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Consistently closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Managing a book of business and growing territory from home.
• Participating in networking events to promote business.
