Staff Zone is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the construction staffing market. You’ll sell skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people—yesterday, with a strong emphasis on building relationships on and off job sites.

You’ll prospect, close new business, and expand current accounts while partnering with the operations team to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.

• Managing a book of business and growing your territory from home.
