Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our construction staffing solutions. If you can build relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents, we want to talk.

You’ll prospect, meet clients at job sites and offices, close new business, and partner with operations to ensure site coverage and client satisfaction. You’ll enjoy uncapped commissions, base pay, and opportunities for training and career advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or construction sales is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable on construction sites or visiting GC trailers.
• Grit, hustle and strong relationship-building skills.
• Organized and commission-driven with proactive mindset.
• Basic tech skills including CRM, email and texting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with GCs, subcontractors and superintendents.
• Meet clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Close new business and expand current accounts.
• Partner with operations to ensure job-site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Manage a book of business and grow territory from home after training.
• Attend networking events and represent the company professionally.
