Job summary

Pave America is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to identify and grow client relationships in the construction and paving sector. You will own assigned accounts, drive revenue, and coordinate with estimators, operations, and project managers to deliver competitive proposals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required to build relationships at all organizational levels and to expand our market footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience as a direct contributor with an individual quota; construction services sales preferred.
• Ability to reach Manager/Director levels and manage full project cycles.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to convey value of our portfolio and drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and participate in industry events.
