Pave America is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships that drive revenue in the paving industry. You will own relationships, communicate capabilities, and collaborate with estimating and project teams to win work.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of a client organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related sales experience.
• Experience carrying an individual quota in sales.
• Experience selling to Manager and Director levels.
• Experience with construction services, asphalt or concrete preferred.
• CRM, bid preparation tools familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to prepare proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Engage with clients regularly to understand upcoming projects and needs.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and participate in industry events.
