Job summary

Pave America is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative in Atlanta to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with construction and paving clients, driving revenue growth. You will own a portfolio of accounts and communicate capabilities from bidding to project execution.

The role requires excellent presentation and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage a full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant past sales experience.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete preferred.
• Ability to sell to managers and directors within organizations.
• Experience managing the full project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skills.
• Creation and execution of quarterly/annual business plans.
• Strong communication, credibility and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM, bid preparation and job-cost software.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to drive value and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare proposals.
• Lead bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align scope and capabilities.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
• Maintain a strong, actionable sales pipeline.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote services.
