SRM Concrete in Greensboro, NC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our local business and build lasting relationships with contractors and customers. You will identify opportunities, guide customers through the project lifecycle, and represent SRM at meetings and events with integrity and service focus.

You’ll collaborate with operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control to ensure a seamless experience, manage your schedule, and drive results.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or the construction/building materials industry is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
• Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and turn challenges into wins.
• Commitment to upholding SRM Concrete’s values of service, integrity, and teamwork in every interaction.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites and customer locations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with exposure to office, field, and job site environments.
