Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting seeks a Construction Sales Estimator to generate accurate cost estimates for construction projects while driving sales opportunities. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, price labor/materials, and collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction estimation with a sales track record, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with estimation software and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction estimation with a sales focus.
• Proficient in estimation software and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance during client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present and explain estimates to clients and assist in negotiating contracts.
