• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business preferred; certifications in estimation or sales are a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction estimation experience with sales focus.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills; ability to present and negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and project scope.
• Provide technical guidance during client meetings and presentations.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates to clients and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost accuracy.
