Success requires experience in construction estimating with a sales background, proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift, and solid CRM skills to manage client relationships and bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• Certifications in construction estimation or sales are a plus.
• 3–5 years in construction estimation with a sales focus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Experience with estimation software and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Review plans and specs to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment.
• Submit estimates within established deadlines and coordinate with sales.
• Present estimates to clients and assist in contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes and scope.
• Stay informed on market trends to keep estimates competitive.
• Support value engineering for cost-effective solutions.
