Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• Relevant certifications in construction estimation or sales a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years in construction estimation with sales focus.
• Proven experience closing sales in construction.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient in estimation software and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to develop detailed estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor/materials/equipment.
• Prepare and submit estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs.
• Provide technical guidance at client meetings.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, subs.
• Present estimates to clients and assist in contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure cost accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and suggest value engineering.
