Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in construction estimation with a sales focus (3–5 years).
• Proficiency with estimation software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to develop cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Present estimates to clients and assist in contract negotiations.
